Summary This position is located in the Safety Service Unit (AJI). Safety is the number one priority of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This Service Unit implements proactive safety management by encouraging input from front-line employees; deploying technology to gather data and enhance education; improving analysis to assess performance; and embracing correction through education, training, and implementation, to mitigate risk. Responsibilities The Management Coordinator is responsible for applying experience and advanced knowledge of administrative management concepts, principles, and processes to coordinate the activities of the Vice President and executive staff. Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.
