Management Consulting Analyst / Consultant - Demand & Supply Planning (DSP)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design planning solutions using o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, and other cloud‑based planning solutions.
• Configure, customize, test and optimize planning platforms to meet client needs.
• Lead or participate in project phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive process strategy and assessment, helping clients define roadmaps, assess performance, and reengineer processes for better outcomes.
• Support intelligent enterprise initiatives in areas such as governance, organization structure, KPI definition, and solution strategy.
• Manage solution mobilization and transformation programs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including business, IT, and external partners.
