Management Associate

Capital C Corporation is a Singapore-based fintech company providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are looking for high-potential individuals to join our Management Associate Track - a ground-up leadership pathway designed to groom future team leads, project owners and business managers. This role is for candidates who are smart, driven, hands-on and willing to learn how a real fintech lending business operates from the ground up. You will gain exposure to business operations, customer growth, loan operations, process improvement, data analysis and management projects. You will work closely with managers and department leads to understand business challenges, solve practical problems and support key initiatives. This is not a routine office role. You must be willing to learn the ground before leading the business. Responsibilities
