About the Role

Your challenge

Within this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to both the CFO and the Vice President of the Business Unit Assistec, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient management of their daily tasks and responsibilities. The following key responsibilities will be part of your role:

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks for both the CFO and the Vice President of the Business Unit.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for both executives.
  • Organize meetings and handle travel arrangements, including expense management.
  • Manage emails and assist with the preparation of presentations when necessary.
  • Handling CATS (attendance and time system) registration in alignment with calendar and travel requirements.
