Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly divisional management accounts with clear, insightful commentary.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Support the development of dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Consolidate departmental and divisional budgets into group‑level submissions.
• Update forecasts based on changing performance trends and business conditions.
• Conduct contribution margin analysis by product, customer, division, and region.
• Analyse manufacturing overheads, recovery rates and recommend adjustments.
• Review cost recoveries, recharges and interdepartmental allocations for accuracy.
• Assess production costs outside the BOM and ensure correct treatment and recovery.
