About the Role
Mama Diam Floor Server Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Take charge of monitoring stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.
Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.
Host Assistance: Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow
Training Support: Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.
Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
