Mall Concierge & Customer Experience Officer

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a marketing communications professional to manage shopper relations and assist with events at the mall. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a diploma in marketing.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from customer engagement to administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations at the Concierge Desk.

The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
