We are currently recruiting full time dayand bank Mental Health Support Workers to support an individual with mental health needs and a mild learning disability within the KESGRAVE area.

Role Description

The individual will be supported in their own home so we are looking for experienced Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life providing 3:1 during the day.
