Following a stroke in April 2024, the client now has reduced mobility and limited speech, requiring live-in care. They value independence, companionship, and consistency in their care routine, and enjoy music, reading, puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. Job Summary: Provide compassionate, person-centred live-in care, supporting daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. This includes full personal care, catheter management, meal preparation, medication administration, and companionship.
