We are urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in stone and marble fit-out works for large-scale hotel and casino projects .

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong hands-on experience in stone and marble fit-out works (hotel & casino projects is a must)
• Overseas project experience is required
• Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel
• Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, variation claims, and cost control
