Summary:

The Maintenance Worker performs data entry into CMMS in a timely manner; provides input on equipment and supply acquisition; performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all non-clinical equipment throughout facility; evaluates, repairs or makes recommendations to dispose of all non-clinical equipment; performs minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs, minor fixture installation and painting duties.
