About the Role

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. 
Basic in electrical control, air conditioner installation. 
Sufficient knowledge with FMCS and BAS system. 
IT savvy and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications for basic reporting. 
Job Details To monitor system and equipment statuses on BAS to ensure HVAC system continuously operate in smooth condition. 
To immediately attend, rectify and elevate any breakdown and failure to system or equipment to ensure zero Interruption to Production. 
To ensure the data collection and recording on time and zero of human error. 
To perform routine rounding to all system and equipment. To perform visual inspection and data recording.
