Job Responsibilities •

MARINA - MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 If applicable, actively support the Marina hand over from the contractors and suppliers ensuring project compliance with internal, domestic, and international certifications and regulations. • During project and handover phases, actively work to ensure snags and faults are identified and rectified immediately, to avoid remedial works during handover. • Perform regular inspection, maintenance and repair of marina infrastructure, including but not limited topontoons, walkways, mooring systems, pontoon wood decking planks, gates, access control, utilities and other operational systems as may apply. • Conduct inspections of high power electrical systems, plumbing, and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with standards. • Supports daily operations and berthing in times of no maintenance works to be done. • Takes ownership of high value supplies and materials, carefully keeping records of works, change ...
