Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Summary**

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production lines and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of home and garden products.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform line setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (conveyors, motors, gearboxes, packaging machines)
+ Adjust machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency
+ Conduct quality checks during production

**Requirements**

+ 2+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing
+ Experience with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and repair
+ Experience replacing motors and gearboxes
+ Ability to perform quality checks

**Additional Skills**

+ High-volume production experience preferred
+ Basic electrical knowledge (motor wiring) a plus
+ Food manufacturing experience is a plus
