About the Role
City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician, also known as a handyman, to perform commercial facility maintenance and repairs across our client sites in the Las Vegas valley. This is hands-on building maintenance work: preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls following OEM specs and checklists.
You will work across multiple commercial accounts, including a secured airport site that requires airport badging and background clearance (listed below). You will document all hours and parts in our computerized work-order (CMMS) system, and respond to on-call needs that include some nights and weekends. The role starts part-time and can grow to full-time as work order volume increases.
What your work covers:
+ Preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to spec.
+ Light electrical: bulb and cover replacement, basic fixture work.
+ Plumbing: drains, clogs, grease traps, fountains, eye wash stations...
