Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities ensuring optimal building system performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of MEP equipment.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high‑performing team.
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
