The **Maintenance Supervisor, Rotating Equipment** is responsible for leading a team of Rotating Equipment Technicians to ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operations within a designated area. This role provides technical expertise and oversight across all aspects of rotating equipment — including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and the evaluation of new technologies and predictive maintenance tools. The Supervisor collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Projects, and Reliability teams to develop and manage long-range maintenance plans, capital and expense budgets, and critical spare strategies.
