Our Role

Primarily responsible for performing maintenance related duties relating to preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliable equipment and smooth operations of the plant. This position shall also support the implementation of Maintenance Excellence program by working closely with the Production team and Maintenance Engineers and Technicians: 

Key focus areas of the role will include:

  • Monitor equipment condition, performance, reliability and identify areas that require further improvement. 

  • Support and collaborate with Management programs for Plant / process improvement and performance development of subordinates.

  • Responsible for scheduling of day-to-day work schedules based on planned work activities to be carried out by engineers, team leaders and technicians under the Maintenance Department.
