Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise plant maintenance personnel to ensure optimal performance. Maintain machinery and support systems at maximum efficiency. Follow, maintain, and evaluate preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules. Administer the Red Tag program to monitor adherence to food safety goals through maintenance, sanitation, and quality verification steps. Maintain strong working relationships with all other departments. Train and cross-train mechanics in both mechanical and electrical repairs on various equipment. Respond to breakdowns during off shifts and be available for contact during off hours. Complete project jobs from preparing BOM lists to completion. Ensure compliance with Company and OSHA rules related to safety, GMPs, security, and PPE policies. Ensure compliance with EPA rules and regulations.
