About the Role
Job scope:
- Maintaining & Executing HVAC & BMS with cGMP, DI, EHS compliance
- Managing Integrated Facilities Management and ensuring efficient HVAC & BMS systems maintenance program.
- Dealing with LOTO verification, issue permit & field coordination.
- Preparing for audit readiness and responding to Auditors during audit.
- Troubleshooting defects related to HVAC & BMS systems.
- Attending HVAC & BMS system breakdown and arranging IFM for follow‑up rectification work.
- Ensuring proper documents & records & safety for HVAC & BMS systems.
- Coordinating with all related stakeholders to ensure timely execution of repair & maintenance.
- Ability to understand BMS wiring drawing and HVAC air flow drawing.
- Strong knowledge in Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
