Maintenance Reliability Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of equipment maintenance experience - hands on overseeing mechanical/electrical tradesmen (preventative maintenanec, equipment maintenance & repair)
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and coolant systems Industrial manufacturing background
• HIGHLY preferred to come from engine or transmission with CNC machining, milling, lathes, grinders, drilling, robots, etc.
• Comfortable working 5:30 AM -2:30 PM (6 AM - 2 PM), working 2/4 weekends both Saturday & Sunday
