Maintenance Planner

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to take ownership of planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities across site operations. This role is critical in ensuring plant and equipment reliability,
driving preventive maintenance strategies, supporting shutdowns, and improving overall asset performance while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and adjust preventive and reactive maintenance schedules
• Generate, track, and close work orders within the CMMS (MEX)
• Maintain asset registers, PM plans, spare parts lists, and inventory accuracy
• Plan and coordinate major shutdowns and maintenance projects
• Estimate labour and material costs prior to approval and procurement
• Raise purchase orders, GRVs, and reconcile invoices per procedures
