Maintenance Planner / Materials

SCOPE OF POSITION :

The maintenance/Materials planner will work primarily in the Maintenance department. They will also work and communicate with members of the production and office departments as well.

SUMMARY: The Maintenance Planner's primary objective is to ensure maintenance technicians have the tools and parts to complete work orders. The maintenance planner will manage inventory and work closely with the Maintenance Manager and vendors to receive quotes and establish orders for parts. The maintenance planner will also utilize the existing CMMS software for inventory and work orders. This position will work closely with members of the maintenance department as well as production employees.
