About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful global company for an experienced Building Maintenance / Site Maintenance Operative to join their site engineering team on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role involving planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

  • Planned and reactive building maintenance
  • Painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work
  • Hanging doors, fitting locks, sealing joints, plastering, and concrete repairs
  • Roofing, guttering, barriers, and yard repairs
  • Drain maintenance and general site services
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Completing maintenance reports and job logging
