Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to join our property services team supporting a portfolio of care homes across South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of project taskings and reactive maintenance , supporting health and safety compliance , and ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This role requires a hands‑on professional with good problem‑solving skills, knowledge of property compliance standards, and a proactive approach to facilities upkeep in a care-based setting.
