About the Role

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated Facilities team based in a beautiful location near the Conwy Valley. This rewarding temporary role offers the opportunity to support a well-respected charitable organisation providing vital care services to local children and families.


In the Maintenance Operative role, you will be:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance and compliance checks
  • Completing minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
  • Supporting fire safety, emergency lighting and water safety tasks
  • Maintaining maintenance records and reporting faults
  • Assisting with the upkeep of external areas and equipment
  • Supporting contractors on site and following health & safety procedures
  • Assisting the wider Facilities team with ongoing projects
