The Maintenance position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within our organization. The primary goal of this role is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting a safe and productive work environment. The Maintenance professional will collaborate closely with the Owner, Regional Director of Operations and Site Administrators to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to urgent repair needs. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to operational continuity and cost savings by maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and facility upkeep.
