About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to provide services for the maintenance team at our client.

This is a role in which you will carry out day to day repairs and planned maintenance on properties in and around Luton and South Bedfordshire.

As an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative the role will involve:
Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures and fixtures working with building materials (most often wood).

Build/install window frames, doors, staircases and fences. Going to selected retailers and obtaining the materials you require for the works.

Installing kitchens and bathrooms including material preparation and handling.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of working within a customer centred environment as a multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering repairs, light ground...
