About the Role: 

As Maintenance/Reliability Manager, you’ll provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all maintenance functions—driving operational efficiency by developing maintenance strategies and leading reliability initiatives including equipment reliability, operational uptime, analyzing performance data, and team engagement.
