Maintenance Manager (Hotel)

Job Description

Ensure full health and safety compliance, including daily, weekly monthly testing for fire, water safety

Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas,kitchen and the Hotel exterior

Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard

Dealing with contractors and ensure all servicing as per schedules

Strong working relationship with HODs, and mainly Head Housekeeper

Able to produce reports, strong IT and communication skills

Qualifications

Ideally Level 3 Health and Safety and/or IOSH qualifications.

Ideally a tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc

Excellent DIY skills
