Maintenance Handyman

A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a temporary - permanent position. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repair and maintenance
• PPM and Faultfinding
• To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
• Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
• Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
