About the Role

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment across our Upper Hutt site. You’ll lead preventative maintenance initiatives, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting capital projects, managing contractors, and ensuring all work meets strict food safety and health & S standards.
