Maintenance Engineer

Candidate Profile / Skills:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial)
- Experience in heavy industry / manufacturing environment
- Understanding of maintenance methodologies (preventive predictive reliability-centered)
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and reliability analysis
- Familiarity with tools like FMEA RCM RCA
- Exposure to digital maintenance tools/CMMS/SAP PM preferred
