About the Role
Rate of Pay - $2,038 per week per CBA. Installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of electrical systems. Install electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment as part of the building infrastructure as well as its associated machinery and lighting systems.
Maintenance. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Troubleshooting. Diagnose and repair electrical issues. Ensureappropriate response to operational emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances.
Compliance. Ensure that all electrical work complies with local (NYC) and national safety codes and regulations.
Inspections. Conduct inspections of electrical equipment and its components. Maintain records and prepare reports
