ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.Supervise mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks based on priority and urgency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws in both Mexico and the U.S.Track maintenance records and unit conditions using fleet management software.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts and repairs.Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards.Prepare reports on fleet condition, maintenance schedules, and improvements.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience with maintenance management software (preferred).
