Maintenance Associate

This position performs all maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, painting, general facility maintenance including keeping office and warehouse buildings in clean condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs all maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, painting, machine servicing, electrical or vehicle servicing not requiring licensed tradesmen.

• Maintains proper lubrication of dock levelers.

• Cleans, vacuums, dusts and mops rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. 

• Operates a forklift to empty wastebaskets, transports trash and waste to disposal area.

• Replaces light bulbs when needed.

• Cuts and trims grass, shrubs, and trees (indoors and outdoors).

• Performing tasks safely, accurately and steadily within the allotted time frame
