Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality and deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
