Maintenance Assistant – Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and management of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Assistant ensures that tasks are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay.
Key Tasks
- Complete daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with detail and passion for fixing things.
- Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
- Organised, excellent communicator, hands‑on individual with exceptional attention to detail.
