**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and other aggregate processing equipment.
+ Perform preventive maintenance to support safe, efficient aggregate production during second shift operations.
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete timely corrective repairs.
+ Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders related to aggregate equipment.
+ Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain reliable plant performance.
