The Role: Mainframe Operator

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Sector: Financial Services

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable)

• Provide z/OS Level 2 support, including batch processing and operational supervision.
• Strong background in batch processing and operational supervision.
• Hands‐on experience with TWS / Control‐M.
• Experience in real‐time monitoring and production incident handling....
