We are seeking an experienced Assembler (ALC) developer to support a large federal system modernization effort. In this role, you will design, maintain, and enhance mainframe ALC and JCL programs, help convert legacy ALC modules into Java, and collaborate with Agile teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions. Candidates should bring 5+ years of ALC development experience, strong debugging and documentation skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Knowledge of IRS BMF/IMF/CADE2 systems and an active or prior IRS MBI clearance are a plus.
