Mailroom Coordinator

This is a 1-Year Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Engage) role offering steady daytime hours, consistent weekly income, and a great team environment.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour


Location: Parma, OH 44130 
Duration: 1 Full Year
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
Key Responsibilities:
Mail Operations: Open, sort, separate, and organize high volumes of incoming mail.

Prepare paper documents for scanning, execute basic glass copies.
Accurately compile, assemble, and bind documents
