Position Summary

General services in the areas of: balancing, performance testing, hydrostatic testing, assembly, painting, coupling and machining.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform general services supporting all areas as needed; may include balancing, performing balancing, removing burrs, issuing reports.
• Performance testing: performing setup preparation, support during testing, assembling parts for TH Assembly, cleaning parts, preparing for assembly, pre‑assembly of dry assemblies.
• Painting: performing washing, preparation for painting.
• Machining: counterboring and deburring rotors.
• Coupling: preparing pumps for coupling with movement, creating nameplates, pre‑assembly.
• Read, interpret and use bills of materials and/or work orders in all activities.
• Perform self‑inspection of the work performed.
• Move equipment and parts with overhead cranes, pallet jacks and robotic arms.
