• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and resolve routine equipment issues.
• Identify issues early to prevent downtime and maintain production flow.
• Diagnose problems within scope and escalate more complex issues to Maintenance Technicians.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Support and apply lean manufacturing concepts such as 5S and basic SPC practices.
