About the Role

**Shifts Available:**
+ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Thursday)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and monitor machinery used in production.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
+ Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Record and report production data accurately.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
