Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for maintaining a smooth production flow, ensuring quality output, and supporting daily manufacturing goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate machines to maintain a steady and efficient production flow

Ensure maximum output while meeting quality standards

Troubleshoot issues and assist with training as needed

Support daily goals by communicating and meeting production objectives

Keep work areas and tools clean using hoses or a power sprayer

Inspect products, identify defects, and reject non‑conforming parts

Follow production cards/work orders to complete shift assignments

Report any mechanical or production issues to the appropriate personnel
