About the Role

Reality Marble is a holding company that acquires media assets, agencies, and opportunistically, other small and medium-sized businesses.

We are looking to hire an M&A / Business Development Associate to help us source, review, and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities. The role combines deal sourcing, financial review, business analysis, and diligence support.

The Associate will review opportunities from business brokers, marketplaces, intermediaries, and direct outreach to business owners. This includes both marketed deals and off-market companies that may not be actively for sale but could be relevant acquisition targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong finance or accounting foundation, good commercial judgment, and the ability to quickly understand small and medium-sized businesses. Prior experience in Big 4 audit, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, corpor...
