M&A Actuary

pmactuarial specialise in actuarial search within UK Life insurance. We have been asked to find a number of M&A Actuaries.

Our client provides advice to both buy and sell side clients and can offer a varied role covering the following:

* Due Diligence prior and during transactions

* Identification and management of potential insurance targets

* Balance sheet and business plan reviews

* Valuation model build

* IPO analysis

* Work across both UK and European insurance markets.

The ideal candidate will be a nearly/newly qualified Actuary up to a few years PQE. Previous M&A experience would be highly desirable although those from a commercial role Pricing, would be encouraged to apply.
