Luxury Sous Chef — Elevate Fine Dining in Dubai

One&Only Resorts is looking for an experienced Sous Chef at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. In this role, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of service.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality and strong communication skills in English. Candidates must be flexible and possess great attention to detail.
