Luxury Safari Lodge Manager & Anchor Couple

CFS Recruitment is seeking a Lodge Manager and Lodge Anchor couple for a luxury safari lodge in Madikwe, North West, South Africa. This full-time role requires proven lodge management experience, effective team leadership, and excellent operational oversight.

The couple will manage daily operations, staff training, guest relations, financial performance, and health and safety compliance while promoting sustainable tourism practices.

Ideal candidates possess a relevant educational background and strong interpersonal skills. The position involves working on-site in a remote area and includes 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
